hello all, My old crappy digital camera failed to do it's job properly and the next logical step was to start taking photographs using good ol' film, first with a Holga and then with a Yashica T2. The obvious inspiration for this change came from living with a photographer who shoots exclusively with film. Now it has come to a point for me, where I don't feel like hoarding what I've been making anymore. So here are my photographs- I am happy to finally show them.
This was made in front of a packed audience during the 'Wild Listening party' for the band 'Roma!'. There was some crazy performance going on in front of me and i was at an easel next to the stage. I had little more then an hour, so here's the outcome... oh ye
Here's the ad for the 'Art Slam' New York studio School is having with Bard College next Saturday. It's running in the Brooklyn Rail this week, and I made the illustrations for it.
This is a panoramic view of a drawing show that I have up currently at the New York Studio School. It's there until the 21st of this month, and then on next Friday the 22nd I'm putting up a new show of oil and acrylic paintings. this is open to the public!
